Returns at Cowboys Choice are simple and easy we offer refunds or store credits as long as returns are accompanied with a reciept. All we ask is that you send the item(s) back to us in the original packaging, and the same condition as you received it in. Returned items must be sent freight prepaid within 30days from the time of purchase. We will not accept returned packages COD. Original Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable, in the case of the exchange the consumer will be responsible for original shipping/handling and the return shipping. The Cowboys' Choice will ship the exchanged item at no extra cost to the consumer - some restrictions may apply. We offer a 30 day return policy.

Orders within Canada are shipped canada post unless otherwise specified. We do offer shipping anywhere in the world and would select the most cost efficient means of transport unless specified.
